The Lakhey Brooch draws from the legendary demon dancer of the Newar festival tradition, a guardian spirit who rages not in destruction but in sacred play. Every stroke in this piece was carved by hand, capturing the swirling energy of Lakhey’s mask to reflect the light of heritage and ritual. It’s a tribute to those who carry fierce joy, who protect what matters most and who know that sometimes power moves best when it dances.
